i'm at the same spot. the only thing i can figure is that i'll have to wait for more coins and try to win more lights on the wheel.. i just won Flanders' house lights. that's the only one i have.

My quest for lights was met right away also. Has someone answered the missing lights question yet? I can't find an answer. The white House, Skinner's, Wiggum's, Willy's, and Frink's are all houses I can't put lights on. Oh and the orange house also.
Any solutions? I rebuilt the White House from scratch but nothing changed.
