I have a small area right now to construct a Christmas area; in the plaza with my Halloween stuff. So it'll look awkward, but I guess it'll do now.

No Christmas before Nov 1st, preferably after American Thanksgiving

I'd try to curb your enthusiasm. Recent history tells us that holiday events and content have left certain groups of players unsatisfied. If you're already building up the holiday in October, you're just asking for a letdown.
