Well, I'm at the point now where I only have maybe ten truly hidden items (three statues of justice, three or four koffee karts, two houses, and sort of one gulp'n'blow that's more of an extension to Costingtons) and my "townhouse" area that barely counts as a farm at less than ten houses. So, I think it's possible if someone had every store ever offered, and most of the restaurants, but I doubt that's the majority of players.
