Hi there, I have been playing this game for around 5 years, and it's the only game on my mobile phone. I've spent some cash and invested countless hours in-game and on YouTube learning the game. However, I got banned yesterday for multiple offenses. This is really heartbreaking. Is there anything that can be done to appeal?
