Disconnection screen finally being fixed! :)

hopefully they are also addressing all the new crashes with KitKat as well.. they came back like a bad case of the herps!
  • It's working perfectly for me, no Barts faces. Maybe they're going device by device..?

    Like first, iPad, then iPhone, then iPod, then Samsung phones, samsung tablet, kindle fire.

    My iPad mini is working perfectly!

    yeah perhaps theyre doing it by platform.. wonder if itll be fixed today.
  • My iPad 2 was working better for a few hours, but now I'm getting the Bart screen again.
  • Was there a download or hotfix? Just wondering if it's a two part problem, their hardware and our software.

    My fiance' uses my iPad for Hay Days (bleh :? ) and on more than one occasion she - along with everyone else I suppose - has been given 5 diamonds (their premium currency) as compensation for server issues resulting in maintenance. If EA was that generous every time there was a server issue then some of the Freemium characters might be able to afford Barney by Saturday ;)


    That's only because Supercell (the company who made Hay Day) is a Finnish company and not an American greedy one. And we Finns tend to me awfully generous ;)



    but it takes supercell 5 months to answer support email request for clash of clans. I'm very happy that I have never had a major problem in hay day. because God forbid that happens and I had to get in contact with supercell. Genours as they may be they have horrible customer service.

    Thats cause a company like EA (American) has 300 million people to employ to Customer Service, while Supercell (Finkish) has 5 million people to employ to Customer Service.

    Also I don't see EA as very fast, since I've been waiting for a month and 2 weeks now. I've been updating the case and live chatting wi?th advisors to ask for the answer. "it will come", they said.
  • I'm holding on to that 1 platform at a time theory. I got frustrated when i saw the retry screen today.
