Not a chance I'm removing my roads. You can only do 30 neighbors a day to earn currency, and it doesnt benift them, so if I don't find something quick, I drop them a formless terror and move onto the next.
^^This
I go through towns and if I don't find anything I move on after making a drop. I'll also go to Forum Members' town first if I am running low on time, or just feeling lazy. cdepast wrote:

Word. I'm not changing for anyone. What I do is save up my "monsters", when I tap the monsters in my town, I see who sent them, go straight to their town and repay them. The sounds that you hear when you enter friends towns tell you if they have the nightmares you need. If I don't hear the sound of what I need, I leave. I hate going into someone's town and all their characters are cramped up on 3 spaces of road. Just saying- Nope I'm not changing anything around either.

I understand if people aren't willing to remove there roads but what about a compromise. Put some kind of decoration that tells us what nightmare your currently producing?
For example you could place 1 or 2 bunny hedges as a sign that your currently producing bunnies, or some bush or hedge on your landing zone for snakes, perhaps Bart's treehouse near the landing zone to symbolize skeletons? Etc, etc.

I'm doing this, mostly just for fun but I'm hoping it will catch on. I play with the sound off so I can't tell without a visual clue what each town is producing (and there isn't a storyteller visible on the crates when the task's time is up).
I'm using the Easter float, scary tree, snake rock, and Disco Stu statue.- Replaced my roads with pavement in RTTF town...have yet to do it in my main one. Will be much easier for neighbours
- I have too many streets, and have some designer road area's that would be a pain in my * to have to redo. If you're on my list and don't like it, don't let the swinging doors hit your rear on the way out. There are plenty of fish in the sea to replace you.
- in my town its always one street straight ~ in the middle
- Okay, Wade, I appreciate you as a neighbor, so I am trying. I turned (most) of my roads into pavement. It took me a long time. And, I do not like it. I know you said, "Get over it," but I can't... for me the game is the beauty of my town, which now looks awful. I will try to make this work, as second to the aesthetics of my town is the convenience of my neighbors. Let me know if you notice an improvement. This is hard for someone who plays the game the way I do. And, so far, I'm not noticing any benefit to my game playing - the nightmares are finding their way to the pavement.
