Does EA have a Customer Service department?

    It closed as due to lack of tipping the employees all got jobs as parking valets instead.

    The help site for this game is https://help.ea.com

    You need an account
    After you make it click on help with a game
    Search for the simpsons tapped out
    Fill out the questions
    If its avilable use live chat or phone call
    If not email them.

    Sometimes, Customer SUPPORT and Customer SERVICE are the same people. They have options to direct questions towards technical help, questions, and a lot of other things, too.

    That said, they have a load of help on their site (link posted already in this thread). You haven't said what kind of help you want, so it's hard to point you in the right direction.
