EA Customer Service Bots

I thought I would share this here. I contacted EA CS for a problem I was having (and still having) and they kept saying how "sorry" they were and can feel my pain, etc. Yet did nothing of course. This went back and forth and I noticed that the replies were all the same, so I decided to test it to see if they are using AI bots to auto answer. This is the result:

    They are not using bots, they do use scripts I'm sure and probably some level of cut and paste responses, but they are people.

    I really hope the phrase “it is sad that we at customer experience,” and “Belive me, the moderator team is however collecting data” isn’t scripted and improvised by Kushiata
