Does it matter which balloons you pop in KL?
Pretty sure it doesn't matter.

One way to find out would be enter KL, disconnect your wifi, pop the balloons, remember the results, and wait to get kicked out. After your game kicks you out, plug the wifi back in and repeat the previous steps but with different balloons.
