Does this mean no content update till after Aug 4
God I hope level 43 or a major event happens during the yard sale, I can not wait till august 4th.

Nobody here knows when the next level update or event will be. There have been times when EA put out new levels within a few weeks, and other times it took them a few months. And as for events, there really aren't any guaranteed ones coming up until Halloween. So there are your historical parameters for the guessing game.
