Missing DLC content

Question

Who do I contact about missing content? Haven't opened my game in a week or so and I just got this warning. I see all my owned games on the Sims homepage but when I loaded up CAS the pack filter shows 3 of the last packs I bought as unowned. Do I contact playstation about this? The games aren't showing in my system storage either.

None of the PS troubleshooting steps worked like the relicensing. I was one troubleshooting step from uninstalling and then reinstalling then I found this video and my DLC is back!  https://youtu.be/TLX5r7CnRFc
