Yes you can only have one.

I think its pretty cool, and I have the rest of the event to craft whatever else I want..

I crafted everything. I think this will fit better when we get some of the Brazil items in the next act.

Even if its ugly I need every free thing in this event :P

I really don't understand people who don't craft all the available prizes at least once. I feel like this thread is really just a humblebrag about having reached the end of the crafting prizes. It's not like you don't have an inventory

Maybe the poster is saying that once you craft this building, you can no longer take advantage of the "Do it" feature to find tourists. This is the last prize you can craft. Put it off for a few weeks and you can tap tourists more easily. I discovered this too late.
