I have three towns, it only appeared in one of them (starting during the first Bart 24 hour task) (all three games are on lvl 51, all had Bart on the hide in treehouse task at the time, all played on the same kindle fire (app version 4.14.0 it started for me at 630pm yesterday, things were fine at 430pm and I didn't see an in game update)

Uninstall reinstall didn't help (I've tried KL as a synch fix but that didn't do anything, also I've tried storing the Skinner house (to get Agnes off a badly selected mission) but Agnes still is affected.(I haven't tried storing all of the seniors at the same time, I've tried storing Roger Meyers, Ned, Agnes at different times but no joy.

For me it seems like the seniors 2hour task is the only one affected (not at the top of the list, not highlighted in yellow (there's a character in the seniors group who also has a 4 hour task which highlights properly and stays at the top of his list

I was somewhere before the minimum security prison prize wise in all the games (seriously, it feels random, maybe it's linked to what server the games are on)

If there's an ea.com complaint thread existent I'd like a heads up
