As we all probably know, no donuts for tapping event guys happened during the Wild West event. Given that we also started that one with non-updated friends' towns showing both event guys AND usual stuff, my money's on that happening again here.
After I've run out of event-currency-generating taps, I hit the usual spots. I'm in it for the donuts, baby. I can confirm that so far furing this event, I've gotten 0 from tapping guys, and 1 from tapping usual fare.
More for me though, if you disagree. :)
I got 3 donuts visiting neighbors today from tapping bad guys. Buildings probably work too. Unfortunately, it took me 1.75 hours to visit 74 neighbors because the towns take so long to load. My own town is probably one of the worst offenders. Apologies to my neighbors for that. :oops:
