Don't throw me tomatoes

I don't know but I won't throw tomatoes or tomacco at u!

But I will bump your thread!
  • If you value your time at about $1 an hour, go for it, but I would "Allow it to go away!"

  • Thanks for the answer, and my time is certainly worth more than that. But, was there anything else at the end of the quest ? or was it finally just those 10 donuts. (I should have been clearer ... :) )
  • I do recommend the call back over the chat methods. There seems to be no email support anymore. Good luck.
  • 10 donuts was it, I think. Then Homer got to play his game for 24 hours, which I guess was nice for him, but didn't give any special prize.
  • I'd keep at it, but that's just me!

I don't have the callback option (I assume because they don't have a call centre remotely near me in the UK?) which would otherwise be okay, but they seem to have got rid of the email option as well, and chat has said there's no game advisors available (not even an "a game advisor will be available in x - x mins" ) so I currently have no way of contacting EA to see if there's anything that can be done about my non-firing Elf Cannon :(

    Edit: punctuation
  • That's a bummer about your cannon. I've heard reporting bugs here under the Bugs and Issues board sometimes works

That is an awful situation with your cannon, sorry to hear that. I was wondering if perhaps you have started a ticket with EA through email previously? Because I know it is not the correct way to do it, but if you reply to that old ticket, you will still get a response, but it may be 3-4 days. I actually just did that recently on Christmas for being locked out. I used an old ticket I had from several months ago, and replied to that closed ticket email back about my new problems. They did reply, like 3-4 days later, and addressed my new issues. They advised me to open a new ticket for all future issues and also referred me to the website. So if you have an old email still stored, you can do that and will eventually get a response.
