You could've had bad luck in who you interacted with. To be fair, the multiplier and almost 7 number daily income are huge and this possibly made the employee jump to a conclusion (which he/she shouldn't have done either way).You could always contact EA again in an attempt to regain your lost donuts. You're not the first to have this Collider issue the past couple of days.With the amount of donuts you're making on a daily basis I'd not get too stressed about it.

It was the "specialists" that took a quick look at my numbers and my donut purchase history, which is zero, and just dismissed me as a cheater. If I was a cheater, I would give myself a higher conform of meter multiplier than 1100%. If the "specialist" would have taken the time to look at my history, they would see that I didn't get my high numbers overnight. It was a slow gradual climb. If I was a cheater, there would be no need for me to contact tech support, I could just "give" myself whatever I wanted. I have bought and sold more KEM stores that 7-11 ever did.EA has shot themselves in the foot, because even though I have never purchased donuts, I have purchased iTunes and Google Play cards and given them as gifts to other players, which they then used to buy donuts. Say goodbye to that money EA. Before somebody replies that without financial incentive, EA will just shut down the game, whatever, people will go back to whatever form of entertainment existed before TSTO, or they could discover something new to entertain them.

Back when level 60 hit, I bought the collider for 24 hrs, and only got to use it for 20 or 30 minutes before game locked up for the balance of the time I had on XP collider. Contacted EA multiple times to try and get reimbursed on my 5 donuts. Gave me the run around every time.

I can only assume that it is possible to obtain the multiplier and amounts if you've been around since the game for a long time. I haven't been around as long as a lot of people on the forum here and I probably get 1 million a day and have a multiplier of over 200%. I've probably bought less than 20% of the donuts I've spent in game. I feel you on the outcome of the support request. It shouldn't matter if you bought the donuts or earned them. They have logs that show when donuts are spent and how many and would be able to see that you don't have the thing they were spent on. That in and of itself should be sufficient for them to correct the situation. The "specialist" and the rep you spoke to directly should know what the game is capable of producing in both donuts and cash to someone willing to put in the effort to minimize their real world income spent on the game. How much you spent on the game is meaningless after all it is a free game. Personally I would report both the specialist and the rep you spoke with for misconduct as they should not treat thrifty players as cheaters.

The OP said he never spent a dollar on this game. And now has a 1100% bonus and makes 150 donuts a day. I'm premium (every item and fully decorated town) and have a 527.35% bonus. There is no way he could've gotten that many donuts to raise his bonus from a hundred (not sure what the standard freemium %) or so to 1100%.

Back when table tennis tables and spooky walls were purchasable/craftable with an unadvertised-bonus %, some players went to town buying them. I bought as many as I could, and was considerably late to the party. I managed to get around 300% on top of what I already had. With that, i'm easily clearing 9-12 donuts every 4 hours.

This % bonus is then added upon collection of rents, tasks. To make it easy, I believe the Simpsons house is 1 XP every 30 seconds, or whatever it is. If his rate is 1100%, then that means every 30 seconds he receives 1100 XP points. Now - before level 60 and the other 800+ levels launched, you could get donut boxes for filling your XP meter. If the XP meter was set to like 400,000 - that means if he collected on JUST the Simpsons house, and did that 364 times, he would "level up". When presented with the donut box, he would then earn 3 donuts. (for those interested, that's about 3 hours of just tapping the Simpsons house - assuming I am correct that the refresh rate is 30 seconds, and payout is 1 XP).

So, from his posts, we know he's been around for a long while, and is a current "house farmer". Meaning he was able to purchase nearly unlimited amounts of blue, white, orange houses - a vast amount of these at the original price. So if you are quite an active player already to log in at 8 hour/12 hour intervals - you will see a mega increase in XP per collection. The XP collider has been around not as long, but I'm sure when it launched - he's been buying the 10 day pass to always have it active. So that 3 donuts turns into 6, turning into 9, etc. I think the XP used to cap around 1 million (or was it 10 or 100 million? I don't know I'm not a farmer). So he would probably level up multiple times a day as he would easily hit it, assuming he sets his characters on 4 hour tasks (or maybe 1 hour?).

This takes lots of dedication to be logging in as frequently as he does. This is not something you can just do once a day.

A little over-generous on the math there. A 1100% bonus means that he would get 1100%(bonus) +100%(base) = 1200% bonus, or 12X the XP, so the Simpsons house in your example would net 12XP instead of 1.
