Donut from handshake

Question

This happened to me the other day - it was a nice surprise :D

EDIT: Im not sure about the other items, but I think it may just the cannons - I've read about a couple of others recieving them from the cannon, but not elsewhere.

Did you actually get it?  I had one shop up and my donuts increased by 1 but once I came back it was gone.

I've seen reports of this from cannons and caves. I've also heard that they don't survive the game syncing. :?

I got one from my cave the other day. I didn't pay close enough attention to see if it stayed added to my total.
