Otto. Bus is cool. Iconic character. Zero of his tasks involve premium buildings (just the Bus, Toots and the Brown House). And he has KL tasks. Best putchase I've made, and I own Frink and Duffman as well. Frink is a great #2. I love Duffman... but not a huge priority compared to the other 2.
Frink also has a 24hr goo task... an extra selling point for Halloween.
If it were me... I'd start:
- Otto
- Frink
- SVT (so worth 30 donuts, great guy to camp in KL)
- Mausoleum & Cemetaries (for ghost hunting now, and a cool large cemetary later)
From there, its personal choice.
