I'd recommend holding off. The spooky house shouldn't go away until the end of the event, so you get everything you want from the new phase, then get the second spooky house if you still have more lef...

I would save it. You never know what might be coming next. And even if there are no surprises, you can still craft it later. I mean, within the time allowed for the event, of course.
