where you have to fill out a bunch of stuff including a description of the issue. (Note: When initially describing the type of problem , choose "GAME PLAY/IN GAME".) There are three contact options, chat, call, and e-mail, but chat and call were always grayed out whenever I looked. They promise a reply to e-mail submissions with 24 hours. We shall see.
