[EA confirmed] Major Bug with % Premium Items. DONT BUY THEM - THEY DONT WORK!

I was planning on re-engaging with EA's help desk on this issue sometime within the next week, but before I did so I thought it might perhaps help if I had a better idea about the extent of the problem. Specifically, is there *anyone* out there reading this for whom the calculation of money and XP for tasks correctly factors in the possession of premium items? (Or is this a bug that affects each and every gamer?)
