EA Support chat regarding VALENTINES 2015, LEVEL 50, MUTANT RABBIT STOREABILITY, EASTER 2015, ETC.

You realize you were chatting with some 3rd party guy in India right? The live chat is useless. The only way to get actual info is if you can crack the call back center in Texas.

People should stop posting these ridiculous transcripts. They know as much as you do. No, this was not helpful. It is just taking up useless space on the forum.

If it's useless space, then what's wrong with taking up the space?

Also, OP took 10 minutes or so of one (out of many) outsourced help desk representatives, and y'all are acting like he's preventing a 911 call getting through.

*TSTO rep* This is TSTO help, what is your emergency?

*Player* I can't unlock the hospital! Please hurry!!! There are in-game dollars not being earned! Also, for having to wait the extra minute that the guy took up wanting to know about the bunny pause and if there will be a Valentines event this year, can I have some donuts? This is an emergency, after all!

Now that's funny! Lol at the 911 bit. The persnickety nerd vitriol I see on here is nothing less than droll! Way to call me out on it!
  • I think that all that needs to be said was said on the first page. Continued posts are basically just kicking him when he's already down.
  • Just out of curiosity...

If the rep did tell you things you wanted to hear (i.e. "Yes, look for v-day event soon" and "Yes, level 50 will be super special") then what would you have done with that information? Believed it? Spread it as gospel? Demanded the EA rep be fired when neither statement turned out to be true?

I guess this topic is being received like the one I made. Nobody believes anything said by EA reps.

Not when they're doing their (metaphorical) smile and nod routine, no. I believe zero people when they are smiling and nodding.

Anyway, this thread is unproductive, causing frustration, etc. There's clear lack of willingness to just let it die, so I'm locking it now.
