I think that all that needs to be said was said on the first page. Continued posts are basically just kicking him when he's already down.

Just out of curiosity...

If the rep did tell you things you wanted to hear (i.e. "Yes, look for v-day event soon" and "Yes, level 50 will be super special") then what would you have done with that information? Believed it? Spread it as gospel? Demanded the EA rep be fired when neither statement turned out to be true?
