EA's biggest mistake other than the Easter Debacle

Definitely the wrong town glitch. It is so unacceptable to have something like that in this game. Judging from the lack of any horror story posts since the Stonecutters update, I feel comfortable that it has been fixed now, but it took ages to get there.

If EA had even subpar support capability, the problem wouldn't have been as horrific. Players like me who had their towns messed with and/or donuts spent experienced the double whammy of having to jump through hoops and wait for weeks for a resolution.
