I just hope it's something a little more neighbourly than the last couple events. Whacking snakes, stashing eggs, and hunting gremlins have been my favourite event-related tasks. Tapping friends' buildings (in identical fashion to a daily visit) and spinning the wheel-o-crap is dull.

Although, I think I may still be suffering a little PTSD over all the eggs from last year. My husband nearly threatened to divorce me over that update... :lol:

As much as I understand your hate for the wheel, I'm almost certain they'll have it again. It seems like a go to thing now.

Lol yep I remember my other half getting so p**ed off cos I'd be tapping snakes at about 4am :lol:

I contacted EA yesterday and they said they had no info on either events! :-\

Here's my speculation:

1) A chocolate shop (perhaps Ye Olde Chocolate Shoppe from the Land of Chocolate)
2) The Wheel of fortune with Land of Chocolate decorations
3) New land (c'mon!)
4) New characters: Helen Lovejoy and Uter
5) Finding and hiding colored eggs in neighboring towns

This could be fun. I'd still like Whacking Day but I'm game for Easter.

I'd say EA are keeping things very tightly locked in the security vaults these days so info doesn't get out until the update is released, been a few updates sprung upon us that we weren't expecting. Is this a good thing? Part of me says yes, part says no

There was a point where all the info about the up coming updates were leaked or found out about, then these leaks were stopped and anything that could be found out was literally found out a few hours maybe a day before it went live. EA defo play things close to their chest when it comes to updates now, which i think is a good thing as it a nice surprise when we suddenly get a new event and everyone is excited and trying to work out what we have to do :)
