EA is aware of an issue for iOS users who play anonymously (without an EA Account) and have downloaded the Burns Casino update have the chance of encountering an issue where their land will get reset to level 1
The in-store update yesterday has fixed the issue with "resetting" anonymous players lands. so no new players should be broken.
If you were holding off on updating you are fine updating to the 4.19.3 update.
EA is continuing to work hard on looking at ways to restore players lands.
If users have already been affected they should open a ticket with help.ea.com
