Yup, bought it as it's actually quite a nice looking building and should fit in well with the recent buildings.

Elves are usually a Christmas thing. So I have to wonder...
1. So is this a hint as to what's coming?
2. Is this gonna be another item you buy now that helps out in the upcoming event?

Got it. Like it. Not 100% sure what I am going to do with it, probably leave it at the magic school where it is now

Nope. Dobby thing.

Bought it and definitely like it. I put a river near it due to the dual waterfalls on the front of the building.
