Enlightenment Fountain

This post would be great to show people that don't know how to place the Enlightenment Fountain like people that ask about building the Old Abandoned Warehouse on land.

It makes a good 'Marine World' feature :)

I was going to post about this but forgot. Maybe they've been listening about our wish to have more freedom where we can place water decorations? I tried a boat on the river to see, and it's still sea only. Hopefully they are loosening up about it.
