It is from "Lisa's First Word".

The Sea Captain tries to sell it to Marge and Homer when they were looking for a new house after Marge got pregnant with Lisa. It was during the part where they were house hunting, and you see it for all of two seconds. The Sea Captain gets grabbed by a shark mid sales pitch.
