I always hit the longest timed buildings if I can Burns manor etc then crops or channel 6.
I try not to graffit and have noticed that this does decrease your righteousness as well as your neighbours.
I rarely clean graffiti but as a push will do it if I need a boost in righteousness - I was under the impression that cleaning graffitti also had a positive impact on your neighbours. This however looks like it is untrue.
