Evil shop owner
I just got the evil shop owner/evil doll ( forget his name, Pete??) Anyways, I thought " Pete" was a boardwalk NPC. Am I wrong?? Because I can't find him anywhere.

Handsome Pete only lives on Squidport. If you got him he'll be found there. The Talking Krusty Doll runs around Springfield.
