Burns and Smithers 60 minute task is ejecting and still not working right for me either. So far it has not stopped any progression in the game. I'm not sure about Rich Texan yet, because Cletus is still on his task for that storyline. I had him on the bull riding, but wasn't paying attention because I'm still whacking snakes.
