No never found it. if it did get added to my total i might have used it upgrading and just not noticed it. It should have been a usable item in the inventory IMO. that way you know, but i crash so much that I may have lost it, and to be frank I am so tired of complaing to EA and them taking months to fix anything. If i was not so heavily invested it this game i would have quit over 1 year ago. But i have spent way to much now to walk away.
