Based on past experience these things will probably all come around again eventually.
The only thing I was missing was the Duff Racer as I started playing just after that. It came around again so I got it.
Since then I have always got everything. But then I'm a sad 'completionist' and spend money on doughnuts to make sure all the premium stuff is obtained.
I wish I could play without doing that ! Goodness knows how much I've spent on this waste of my life :)
