I think they've gotten many of us before. I know it's fake because they got me once a few months ago and I still am never sure it's the real page. I check to see if the "official" is in the URL or not. The real page doesn't have that.
It's not just the spelling of some words that indicated European, it is also the phrasing. It's a bit awkward as if the person is not a native English speaker.
