Farmers Market

I was just wondering if anyone had earned the Springfield Farmers Market? I feel like with upgrading the building and the time that is left before new prizes are unlocked, I may not earn it. I am working my people to death to earn corn and fertilizer.. but i just wanted to know some tricks if anyone has earned it yet.
