Anyway,after your tall building reaches Lvl 5, you are now given the option to display the buildings in lvl 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. If you hate the tall buildings blocking the rest of your SF, choose lvl 1 display.
Of course, you have to be *completely* leveled up for this to work, so if you did the sensible thing and never upgraded your business centers beyond Level 4 due to the ridiculous number of resources needed to get to Level 5, you're stuck.
