Yes there has been a few reports of this happening, the best suggestion to make sure it doesn't happen is to either go to krustyland or your neighbours screen to force the game to synchronise then it ...

The Collector fights Felons? Isn't he a villain?
He fights the Felons because Clown face stole his collectables, by fighting the felons he is helping us get them back for him.....or something like that.
