Fiesta Terrace buy or not to buy?
I'm trying to decide if I want it or not. I like buildings with characters but at the same time I hate characters that annoy me lol. Decisions decisions... Thoughts?

- I bought it because the building is pretty sweet. I can always task annoying characters outta sight, outta mind; just make momma the mulla.
- Building is a little on the big side, having trouble finding a good spot for it. But its a great deal, very rare to get a % on a building.

I don't regret it, besides yellow is my second favourite colour.- Personally I thought it was a bit too big and kind of gaudy looking. I put it in my Brazilian section of town and it fits perfectly. No regrets in buying it.
