Congratulations -- I am waiting on millions of $$$$ to buy the next buildings (need $3mil).... Then next, onto expansion.....I'm with you - need to expand out to make my town look better

Why? It's not particularly attractive, and like most items (Pimento Grove) the price will drop to something more reasonable. Pimento Grove is something that you can actually personalize (decorate) and will make a nice looking addition to your town.
My point is why bypass lower priced buildings that can be nice additions to your town in order to save for a ridiculously expensive building that is going to drop in price in a matter of weeks/months (and certainly by the time you've saved up for it)? Not to mention the impending updates....
