I have no idea what you're referring to, but my best guess is the ability to go directly to a merry maker with the task to collect mistletoe. That currency ends with act 2.

The part of act 2 where you could see which attractions you had built was titled Find Attraction, Hence the tab had a picture of a building with a magnifying glass over it.
A moot point now, as it has disappeared, luckily I used donuts to finish the fortress of lonelitude before it did!!!!- Yes. That was only there for acts 1 & 2.
It has gone the way of the dodo bird.
Since theres no crafting, theres no reason for it.
