Flanders Family Tome Rune Translation?

Anybody know if the runes that appear spinning above the Flanders Family Tome, as well as those on the two pages in the book, have been translated yet? Just curious if I should try to decode them...

The circle is just the rune alphabet, in order. And the book is just gibberish.
