Crabtree may well be back at some point in the season. And despite his performance against the Giants in the NFC Championship game (which he basically lost by himself), Kyle Williams can play.

Mannigham can fill the void too, he can stretch the field like him, but he's also incredibly lazy(I've seen every snap he's played on the Giants). But if he steps up, Crabtree won't be missed.

You must have been ready to kill Kyle Williams after that championship game, lol :)
