Lol they do have the ability to remove the 2nd chara and credit the correct prize to the acc (30 doughnuts)
They could do this for every ticket submitted and what is it a 5 min job....lol I expect them to fix in answer to your question :mrgreen:- I wonder if it's going to lead to them fixing it by giving an update and those with a copy will have 30 donuts added to their inventory...or maybe everyone will get it. I wonder if that's a possibility.

Well, this is what every company want the customers to believe, but this is FAR from true. The reason being that most customers actually are mistaking something, or blatantly try to rip off a company by lying. Even so, many companies go quite far to please a customer (even though the customer is wrong...)- Well, I have officially joined the club of people with duplicate premium characters! I know have a second SVT and Moleman in my inventory to go along with the duplicate Gorgeous Grampa skin from who knows how long ago....
