For those with Duped SVT's
Closing the case which has not been resolved is in my opinion unacceptable I shall be submitting tickets daily for 3 days......in 3days I shall be submitting 3 a day.......

Georgeous Grandpa I though was a freebie given out in June. Getting 2 of that really indicates a screw up.
