Retirement Castle
(Tasks can be done there, but there's no way to get any cash from the buildings directly.)
Springfield Elementary
Moe's Tavern
City Hall
Police Station
(Cleaning graffiti on these buildings will get you a little cash, but someone else has to actually tag them for this to happen. You have basically no control over it.)
Cletus's Farm
Channel Six News
(These might be arguable, as you can set the actual buildings on tasks that will pay, but if left idle they will pay nothing.)
Springfield Downs
(Can pay, more often does not, probably lose more than you win, other gambling cliches.)
The Freak Show tent is a decoration that can be interacted with to perform tasks, putting it somewhere between the Power Plant and something like the Channel Six News Van.
