How strange..she wasn’t listed as a Praiseland Promo on my list & included the character only,no other items included.
Wish I had taken a screenshot.

I wasn't aware her name was Rachel. I have Praiseland and she did come with it. I think I won Praiseland in an event., because,mim pretty darned sure I didn't buy the place?

The first time it was awarded was in Homerpalooza in 2017. I believe it also appeared in the Black Friday 2017/2018 events, and the Yearbook Mystery Box.
