Here's the solution I'm hoping for: a "frontier land office" that generates tokens analogously to the way Squidport tiles are produced. It might cost a lot of money (1 million? 2 million?) and take a lot of time (2 days? 3?) or cost many donuts to rush (100? 200?) but at least there'll be a way for everyone to unlock all the land. The patient among us would be able to take their time about it, the impatient would be able to spend donuts to be done with it.
