I haven't spent a single donut. I have over 4400 probes and I'll likely get Hugo this evening or tomorrow. Not at all worried about missing prizesyet.

If the craft items don't disappear on the 20th, I should be ok. I'll get the donut machine Thursday or Friday at my pace. Maybe earlier if the probe-for-egg glitch gets fixed and I drop off my eggs again. I'll definitely get the craft items by the end if the amounts don't change or that they disappear. This, of course, depends on the next phase having a manageable amount of ray guns to collect with regards to their drop rate, and same with the 3rd stage's proteins. Being able to buy specific things (candy corn, gummi bears) really helps take the stress off. Plus it's not a chance for a chance for a chance like Easter. I'll spend donuts at the end to get something good if I don't have to spend a lot.

Got over 5000 probes so a little ways off the 8k+ I need, but should easily do it.

I have a side town that is 100% freemium. As of now, I'm approximately 2 days from Hugo, a maybe week away from the Great Pumpkin, and 500 probes behind schedule. But, that side towns doesn't get the attention that my main town gets either.Edit: spelling.

I am happy with my progress so far. I am 2,600 probes away from the donut device so I will be able to get that by the end of the week. I am very close to Hugo and should be able to get him tonight. I am halfway to the pumpkin and I think that I will have enough for that by the end of next week if I continue to collect things at my current pace. I also have collected some spooky walls, human test subject, donuts, and the bush from treat bags.

Freemium players - how are you doing?

I am 100% cheapskate and as of 14/10 I only have 1 more gold bag to collect before the DTD so about 5000(ish) probes. Also abou 80% of the resources to get Hugo and 33% ofr the pumpkins for the grand pumpkin.

My side town is 100% freemium and I haven't spent any donuts on the event. I play both towns almost hourly during the start of events.

I just got Hugo and I have 6,400 probes. I was lucky enough to not craft any spooky walls so I got Hugo just a day after my main town.

I've been grinding and I just got the peacock. I didn't get to the event until 2 days after it started though. I doubt I will get all the prizes. I am trying for Hugo the most though.

Freemium feeder town has just got the treat bag past the mutant peacock and has crafted the pumpkin & pumpkin house, about a week from Hugo. I go on twice a day. Also got 30 donuts in UFO tap! Woohoo! will hoard until end of event just in case I can grab something cheap and cheerful.

I'm doing well for a freemium player. (actually premium with nothing except SVT to help me, all my premium purchases are adults)

Given your stats on Hugo, I'd say you have nothing to worry about. Sounds like you play 3/4 times a day?
Are you getting the kids treat bags twice or thrice a day? I only get them twice usually.

I'm at 6544 probes, on my merry way to getting DTD. I got Hugo today, and I'm making good progress towards the Grand Pumpkin.

I send the kids out 3 times a day (only premium kid is SVT), and login maybe every 3-4 hours?

Gonna say mostly freemium- squeeze out $20 once or twice a year- maybe....... And I never buy extra parts of eggs or anything like that- so free for this event aside from using what I had left for boobarella... But nope, haven't bought any donuts in a while.
Hugo last night, will have donut device thurs or fri........ Plenty of time and aliens for gathering in my town so far- see how the event goes when we change to Ray guns etc..... But so far super awesome!
Except everything I really want is donuts for this event..... And I want!!!!!
