Freemium players - how are you doing?

Are you able to send your trick or treaters out 3x/day? (I can't do that... Twice is all I can manage). That seems to be helpful from what I've read.

No I work 8-5. I guess that's my problem.
Does Hugo disappear on the 20th? How about the grand pumpkin?

From what I have read the crafting items will remain throughout the event.
Just save for your favorite item first - then see what happens. For me it was Hugo. Now I'm saving for the house :shock: Takes a long time.

I work all day too. I collect in the morning and send off my 8 hour trick or treaters, and then pick everyone up after work. I can spend a little more time on over the weekend. I have 6000 probes, so I think I'm on track.

Never spent a dime.

I play once a day and it generally takes me forty minutes to take care of all the business. I'm under 2000. I feel like this should be enough time to do everything, and then I see my name near the bottom of the friends list. I'll probably end up like most of the events since Christmas somewhere in the middle with half of that going into storage anyways.

I still like the game, but I don't think I care for the events.

I'm in awe of those of you with multiple towns. That's dedication.

I'm close to getting Hugo but I'm not even halfway thru getting enough chocolate bars for the pumpkin.
Before I knew n e better I crafted 2 sets of purple walls. I know... I'm a dumba$$.

Have not spent any money. I know once I do, I won't be able to stop. Just over 7200. I send the kids 3 times a day and twice on the weekend. I also have SVT, so that helps. I should get the donut torture device tomorrow and Hugo tonight. I need only 15 more donuts and I think I might buy the ray gun.

Just got the Mutant Peacock in my second town (6 friends, nothing premium beyond what's come for free). No donut spend.

Maybe I'll get it in my main town before this weekend.

Things is lookin' bleak.

I got both the DTD and Hugo today. Going to start stock piling bags now, and just collect probes every now and then. I didn't have to spend any donuts on anything, I just played a lot (having mild insomnia helped). Now I'm just waiting for the next stage.
