I disagree with the idea that only paying players have a right to complain. In my opinion, there are only valid complaints and frivolous complaints, regardless of who is making them. (And God knows there are a lot of fatuous complaints on this board.)
I can see Lanky's point, a little: everyone is complaining about the delay of level 39, yet only a percentage of those people have contributed to the salaries of the coders and programmers who are currently working on level 39. However, EA wants both premium AND freemium players. They could force everyone to buy donuts just to play, but they don't. They need paying players and non-paying players that they think they can tempt to occasionally pony up some dough. If that's good enough for EA, why shouldn't it be enough for us? Anyone playing the game should be allowed to make comments and even complaints about gameplay, content, and prices. And occasionally be taken to task of those complaints are too petty.
